My wife wanted to take our son and daughter-in-law to breakfast while we were visiting. She found Studio One which was very close and convenient to the Airbnb we were staying at and found they serve breakfast all day. Since it was a Saturday morning she called to inquire about the wait time and was told they had a couple of large tables open. We arrived shortly before 10:30am and found street parking just down the block. The cafe is located in the heart of Eugene near the University of Oregon. We walked up and could see immediately they have covered patio seating. We walked to the counter inside and were directed to a larger table on the covered patio. They also have indoor seating as well. We were given menus and our drink orders were taken. As we perused the menu, our drinks arrived and we made our selections. Two of us chose the breakfast burrito. I have been craving a breakfast burrito since I seldom find them on the menu in North Carolina. My wife decided on the People's Choice Omelet and our daughter-in-law ordered the Field of Dreams benedict. She had never tried a benedict before and was anxious to experience it. Our meals arrived very quickly and looked amazing. We each really enjoyed our meals and everything was really tasty! We enjoyed our experience and recommend Studio One to others. As many small businesses in the University area the seating is limited and the wait times may be dramatically different when the University is in session.

My husband and I enjoyed our meal at Studio One cafe. We We're looking for something local while we were in Eugene. In this definitely is a beautiful, delicious local spot. It seemed like most of the wait staff for college students and everybody. Was super sweet and helpful. The only downside, Is there is no ample parking during major events, but that's not the restaurant's fault, so I still gave them five stars.

I try to hit this place every time I'm in Eugene. They seat you immediately, even if they seem to be too busy, and the food comes out quickly. I love that they have many mimosas to choose from. Another thing I really like about this place is the à la cart menu has quite a few choices for smaller appetites.

Things to love about Studio One Cafe: - best d*mn service; our server (Jared?) was positively delightful, attentive and fun. considering it was 8am on a Friday that's worth 2 stars alone - Fast! I mean hella fast. Our orders came out right away. They have 'breakfast' dialed. - Those potatoes. purely addictive. creamy on the inside, crispy as hell on the outside. - Options, options, options. Vegan? no problem. Gluten free? yep. Double down on meat? Go right ahead. Sweet tooth? Sweet! - being open for breakfast when Agate Alley was not. Not worth a star: it was pretty cold in there. Granted it was early and we were the first table seated. but it never warmed up. Of special consideration: - also serves lunch. bonus! - Not a lot of low fat, low carb, low cholesterol options. And that's ok. It just isn't that place.

Fabulous breakfast place!!! On a road trip, we were passing through for breakfast, and trusty Yelp steered us to Studio One Cafe. I had an omelet, and it was a true omelet (lately, I've been served scrambles though it stated omelet on menu). Plus I was allowed to sub the toast out with a pancake - $2 extra was not bad price for a fluffy buttermilk pancake. I asked for salsa and was offered my choice of pico de gallo or ranchero sauce. Both were fabulous. I dipped my home fries in the ranchero and enjoyed it so much that my husband started to eat his fries with that sauce, too. Service was great. Quick and pleasant. I enjoy when servers don't hover but keep an eye on coffee and water levels. Our waitress just showed up before we needed her with what we needed - with coffee refill and for the check. We arrived pretty early, before 9 am on a Thursday, and there were a few tables with customers. By the time we left about 45 minutes later, most of the inside tables were filled. The customer base was a mix of ages and a mix of students, families, and couples. I really enjoyed the stop!
